Knowing about the reset option is really important and this is missing from the instructions!
Hold the power button for 10 seconds resets the sensor if it goes out of sync

I like the bin, good size, nice design. But it’s come with a mark on the lid. I’d like a replacement lid only, I can’t find anyway to get in touch with the seller though. Hopefully they see this review and get in touch!

This is an excellent product.
What I love most about this bin is that it is touch free.
The capacity for bin liners is great and holds a lot on both sides. Really easy to clean as well. Overall an excellent product.
Additionally, customer service is excellent because there were some slight marks on the top when it was delivered the supplier replaced the lid immediately.

I was looking for a large bin for the kitchen that would separate rubbish from recycling – lidded so my dog won’t get in it. I’m an undecided fan on battery operated lids as you have to be a bit patient for it to open while your hand are full but it’s working fine. So far, so good.
